Shadows cannot see themselves in the mirror of the sun - Eva Perron..................
Worry gives a small thing a big shadow - Swedish proverb ............................
Take everything that’s bright and beautiful in you and introduce it to the shadow side of yourself… When you are able to say, ‘I am … my shadow as well as my light,’ the shadow’s power is put in service of the good. - Parker J. Palmer........................You can only come to the morning through the shadows. - J.R.R. Tolkien
Hello there Rose .. I didn't think to catch an indoor plant for shadows but I was cornered into finding an indor shadow as it was ! I like the shadow "coat" of your plant : ) it is soft just like Ralph said .. charcoal would have been the perfect medium to have it drawn on the wall ! Joy
Almost a Zen effect with those shadowy plants! Lovely outline of shape!
ReplyDeleteIt's fun to play with shadows in interior decoration... I too have an indoors shadow this week.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to another batch shadow catchers. Your comment and participaton is greatly appreciated.
ReplyDeleteIndoor plants make stylish photos!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday!
The plant cuts a sharp figure by itself. The shadow instead is soft, stylish as if the shadow were drawn on the wall with charcoal. Neat shadow!
ReplyDeleteI remember that plant at my Aunt's house. Joining this week.
