Shadows on an adobe house in northern New Mexico

Play of light and shadow,
On adobe walls;
Ghostly footsteps echo
Through the inner halls.

  1. Have you been in my 'hood recently? Next time you're out this way, give me a 'holler'-would love to meetup with you and go on a shadow shot expedition! I know a few places as do you!

  3. Love the focal point and wonder what I can't see in that window.

  4. Great shadow shot. I love the way the tree seems to cover that window. Is it a window? There seems to be a figure in it. Is it an outdoor gallery? Fascinating. It leaves me wanting more.

  6. The blue window frame could almost be a frame for a picure in a gallery. Lovely wall colours and a beautifully defined shadow shape.

  7. I love how the tree shadow climbs the wall. That is a frame, not a window, right?

  8. It seems like a picture frame. Is it? And I adore the deep, deep blue color of the sky. Lucky you!

  10. Interesting effect with the reflections or whatever in the window, all surrounded by the shadow!! I can spend a lot of time wondering what it is...

Always remember, a sign of shadows means a sign of light.
Namaste.
