"What's in a name? that which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet" -W.Shakespeare
You wanna know the story behind this dried rose? Come and see.

I have my own collection of dried roses too-they are special. It reminds me of the transience of life-that our time here is limited!
A quick tip too (since I can't comment on your blogs now, Rose for some reason), is that when you copy and paste from another site-if you don't want the formatting to come in with it (such as the white background with the text here), in Blogger, the editing tool bar-look to the far right and you will see a capital T with a little red x below it-click on that with your text highlighted and it will remove any of the weird formatting that comes in with it.
A tribute to love. Thee flower may wither - but never the feelings and commitment...
Sweet oh my sweet Rose. It remind me of singing the song "The Rose". You know, no one still can beat me singing this in karaoke §:-)
@Paula, thank you, I did not know about that. I will be using that tool from now on. Thanks again.
Wonderful shadow shot for the day and a great tribute to love it is indeed!!
What a sweet story and pretty pic!...:)JP
Lovely story about the rose. Nice shot.
What's up with Linky? This is the third site this weekend showing nowhere to link to.
Oops! Almost forgot to link up! Love the rose and the story.
Thanks for hosting.
I thought it looked a little wilted.
