Happiest Period in Life

"Probably the happiest period in life most frequently is in middle age,
when the eager passions of youth are cooled,
and the infirmities of age not yet begun;
 as we see that the shadows,
which are at morning and evening so large,
almost entirely disappear at midday."
-Eleanor Roosevelt-

  2. This perspective does suggest a keyboard with some plant resting on the top of the keyboard! Lovely!

  5. Eleanor Roosevelt was such a wise woman. So many people think childhood or the teen years are the best...but I think Eleanor was correct. And I intend to stay middle aged for a long, long time. What do calendars know, eh?

    Love your shadow!

  7. I also love that quote. Like EG I also intend to stay middle-aged for a long time!

    The shadows of the leaves seem to skip across the keyboard.

Always remember, a sign of shadows means a sign of light.
