The Shadow Dance

Photobucket
A shadowy street scene in Zacatecas, Mexico

Along old walls shadows dance,
Not in Germany or France,
But in sunny Mexico—
See them prancing to and fro!

TAKE AIM AT THE SHADOWS!

There is no easy walk to freedom anywhere, and many of us will have to pass through the valley of the shadow of death again and again before we reach the mountaintop of our desires.

  1. MMT this is a wonderful picture not only for the shadows but for the exposed brick, a favourite of mine .. the staircase with the private gating .. the subtle but beautiful colours of the house paints ..the decorative motif and balconies on the blue house .. it is all wonderful: )
Now if only all that "busy" wiring was absent ?
    It would be perfect !
    Joy
PS .. I appreciated the little ditty of a poem too : )

  8. They do indeed look like they are dancing.

Wow, we don't see too many turquoise buildings here in Connecticut. ;-)

Looks like you were there on a lovely day. Here everything is cloudy and gray.

    Thanks for hosting, MMT.

Always remember, a sign of shadows means a sign of light.
