I love photographing winter scenes- snow, ice, bare trees, but oh I do NOT like the frigid temps! That seems like quite a crowd on the sidewalk for winter. Pardon my ignorance, but do you get freezing temperatures?

10 degrees is not much for Australia I agree. Our "summer" has 15 degrees C today, not much either...

Nicely shot, the long leafless tree shadows really provide the chilly mood. I hope that street vendor was selling coffee or hot chocolate, it looks like one could use a bit of warming.
