Just a little sitting place,
Where the shadows grow;
Just a little sitting space,
With a special glow.

May the sunlight and shadows always be with you!
It does look like a nice shady spot to rest.
ReplyDeleteThe fierce hot sun of the desert makes for an inhospitable way for the pilgrim. Thus, the mere hint of shadowy shade is the respite that comforts the overheated traveler - so the journey may continue!
ReplyDeleteI had a little sitting space I discovered on a walk to the store when I was a child. I loved to take my break there,in the shadows, under a weeping willow. Thanks for the memory!
ReplyDeleteHmmmm....looks like an exercise 'station' to me-where you do pushups. But, hey, sitting is fine with me too!
ReplyDeletenice spot- unusual design, even it's for push-ups as Paula commented.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a great place to sit and spend some time.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how comfortable it would be to sit on thise logs...but hey! If I were really tired it might be perfect!
ReplyDeleteNice shot. Hey! I can't seem to link up....

ReplyDeleteWonder what seeds that grow shadows would look like.
ReplyDeleteMay the sunlight be with you, as well. Lovely shady spot.
ReplyDeleteI've seen something similar on a fitness trail.
