Wow, a mummy that portends the future - even if she is now 140 years old :). Yet, the lesson learned for us is to enjoy life to the fullest and look our best as she still tries to...
ReplyDeleteeek!
ReplyDeleteSo you got to see this exhibit??? Lucky you! I've heard about and saw a coffee table book on it. Fascinating, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteShadows make it even MORE spooky!
ReplyDeletetoo weird for me to appreciate it no matter how good the lesson is.
ReplyDeleteThe figure reminds me of some character frozen in the role of a classical Greek tragedy. Fascinating.
ReplyDeleteYikes!!! ...:)JP
ReplyDeleteI hope I will not end up like that.
ReplyDeletegruselig, aber imposantes Foto !
ReplyDeleteWe have mummies here in our past in the mountains of Cordillera. They are burried in sitting positions though and not as scared as that one, haha! I wonder if it was made to open her mouth, or is it the tradition that time or what. A bit weird!
ReplyDeleteEwwwwYooooo...
ReplyDeleteAm scared but the mummy did know what we are looking for, ain't she?
Happy SSS2 pepz.
