gorgeous blue skies set the mood for a lovely shadow shot!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful street scene with those delicate shadows. It looks so warm there.
ReplyDeleteIt's still cold here. Snow everywhere.
Spring is coming, though.
Thanks as always for hosting!
Ah!!!! I feel the warmth of a lazy summer afternoon in your image. I'm ready...
ReplyDeleteLovely shadows from the tree on the wall sidewalk.
ReplyDeleteThis gives off such a warm inviting feeling...:)JP
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous shot! Love the dappled shadows and especially, your haiku!
ReplyDeleteThose shadows seem to surround the central doorway. Wonderful shot! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shade of branches on the building and the sidewalk.
ReplyDeleteA very beautiful mood...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful image and poem, too. Love the "secret beauty of shadows" line.
ReplyDeleteThe building may be old, but has a character that is unlike the modern glass and steel structures of the modern day. It thus allows the sun to create a fresco of shadow onto it, Lovely and artistic!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful dappled effect.
ReplyDeleteA speckled flutter of shadows!
ReplyDeleteLove the shadows of the leaves decorating the wall.
ReplyDeleteLazy street with lacey shadows? This is what I love. So, crispy.
ReplyDeleteIs your Autumn on the air now, Gem? Isn't it amazing crazy weather? We hadn't snow this winter. Today, seems Spring starts. +9deg for a mid-winter is a bit hot for us Northerners.
Have a relaxing week ahead. See You again soon.
Hugs from D´Box.
