Zany Street Character

Shadows surround one of many colourful elephant characters scattered around Melbourne.
They celebrate the 150th anniversary of Melbourne Zoo.

A joyful trumpet
A zany street character
Craving attention

Welcome to the shadows of Shadow Shot Sunday!

 Your hosts are:
Magical Mystical Teacher
Rose (chubskulit)
Gemma Wiseman

Shadow quote on Dawn Treader's blog:
Poetry is the art of substantiating shadows, and of lending existence to nothing.
- Edmund Burke

May the sunlight and shadows always be with you!

Gemma,
Sorry I've caused problems on comment section. I'm also trying to get my photo to show up with my comment. I don't know why it doesn't show up. I guess I should just comment as Norma Ruttan. thank you for fixing the problem!

I love the way cities have these colorful animal statues. I have seen them in in different areas of Florida and Georgia with turtles and dolphins and in Kentucky with horses.
The elephant is so colorful and full of fun faces. Love it!

Great elephant decoration. I saw decorated elephants in Paris and Amsterdam and they were on auction for a good purpose. Looks it is going around the world.
