I can see x-mas tree but thank heaven it's not that time of the year yet! :)
Happy Sunday!
The linky thingy seems to be not working!
It offers a sense of depth, tapering from the lower to the higher steps as if we look to infinity. Cool!
And all of a sudden, the linky thingy works!
It's still not working at my end hehehe. I think it will take a while, it;'s that way since yesterday.
Have a great weekend everyone and thank you for joining this week.
Your comment is highly appreciated!
The shadow does seem to be like the outline of a Chrissy tree! Amazing how the steps recreate the shadow!
NOTE:
Whenever several people try to get on to a link at once,(especially when the link programme barely clicks in) Mr Linky gets stressed and confused! But he copes! Your link does appear once he's worked out the order of the first ones dashing in!
Great shadow on the stairs! I wish you a great weekend!
It certainly does look like a Christmas tree!
I hope you have a fun weekend and a great week seeking shadows.
Thanks as always for hosting!
I first saw it as an accordion of shadow, probably because I just came from a music festival.
great job and great description!
It does indeed look like a Christmas tree and what a terrific shadow shot for the day! Glad it's still several months away!!! Have a great weekend!
What an interesting shadow! Love the quote you included!
I love that quote! Your shadow is just the way most primary kids draw a Christmas tree. Good "spying!"
cleverly seen and shot! I've been gone for a few weeks due to lap top issues (fixed!) and vacation! Good to be back. Thanks for providing this site for all of us to enjoy!
Yes it does look like a tree - good catch!
It does indeed look like a Christmas tree ..... and probably the shops will have their first Christmas things on display next month!
So well seen! This is why we love shadow shot photography—a whole world of interesting views.
Now that truly is a Christmas tree: )
I am patiently? waiting for Autumn .. I have had enough of the heat and drought to last me for a long time .. on with some relief !
Joy
PS .. I hope one time some one will find a shadow of a pumpkin ?? LOL
yes it does indeed look like a christmas tree - great shot - had trouble with Linky this week - says my link is entered but does not appear on the list - any ideas why??

Love the quote this week!!!!
And your shadow shot.
Hi eljaygee, I am a little confuse with your comment hehehe.
Spotted the interesting shadow in the steps. Very cool
I could use some of the cool weather at that time of year!
Great shadow.
I like the way the shadow gets biffer at the bottom...sort of like a Christmas tree.
Had me confused there for a moment (or two)!
I like the varied textures, light and tones in this beauty, along with the sense of depth.
I have to agree with the first one to comment. Yes, I see the Christmas tree but am grateful it is not winter yet!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts everyone.
How clever! Yes I can see it!
Interesting effect that shadow creates on that stair case... I've posted.
Well I have heard of Christmas in July, but this is not what I had envisioned. Great Shot!!
definitely looks like a perfect half of a tree!!
Shape eyes to catch this shape image of the yule tree.
