Wintry Shadows by the Sea

Wintry shadows on London Bridge Ocean Beach at the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula

The sands may be chilled
But a glimmer of sunlight
Invites wanderers

Welcome to the shadows of Shadow Shot Sunday!

Shadow quote on chubskulit's Etcetera Etcetera:
Do we not all spend the greater part of our lives under the shadow of an event that has not yet come to pass.

I am with MMT, the little girls seems not to mind the chilly weather.

It seems to be chilly as the sweaters and sweatshirts seem to suggest. But, barefoot in the sand is wonderful even if it is now the cool/cold season. Nice simple shadows!

Terrific shot! Amazing how most kids just don't feel the cold when they are having a good time!

Beaches are wonderful any time of year ... but in the winter, not so crowded. Makes for a great shadow picture :)
